Exchange, Cancellations & Refund Policy
At Vrinda Market, we strive to ensure that every product you receive is of the highest quality and matches your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange, return, or replace an item. Below is our Exchange, Cancellations & Refund Policy:
1. Exchange Eligibility
You can exchange items purchased from Vrinda Market within 15 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging it was received in.
2. Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene, safety, or custom nature, including but not limited to:
- Food items (including snacks like Masala Boondi)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or sale items
- Books (can only be replaced, not returned, within 7 days)
3. Return Policy
If you wish to return an item:
- Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- Items can only be returned within 15 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Please contact us at help@vrindamarket.com to initiate the return process.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Book Replacement
Books purchased from Vrinda Market can only be replaced (not returned) within 7 days of receiving the order. If the book is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged product.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Refunds may take 5-7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t been processed or shipped. After this window, cancellations will not be accepted.
8. Exchange Shipping
The cost of exchange shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
